The universe really seems to be on my side. Here's Michele Knight's Pisces report for the week of the 22nd:

"There is a massive transformation for you, my Pisces friend. And that is because you have an opportunity to move in a new direction to open up and have an adventure. It's almost like you've been waiting for this - you've felt, 'Soon, I'll be shown a pathway; soon, something's gonna happen that'll change things for me.' But in a way, it hasn't happened quick enough. This week, the sun... shines a light in your area of expansion and your area of allowing yourself to have an adventure... allowing you to look at things differently... to expand your awareness and your consciousness. It's almost as if a gate has opened and you're hitting the next level of being. Now, Saturn is really helping you as well, so whatever direction it is you're going towards, it's being supported by Saturn, saying, 'Yes, this is the way of the future.' You've got two and a half years of this, of expanding, of growing, of being adventurous, of opening yourself up to your abilities, and being confident - having a bit of fire in your soul. Jupiter, the planet of expansion, wants you to feel settled in these changes and to be comfortable in your home. Moving, changing the decor... doing something radical so that it becomes more 'you.' This makes you feel more comfortable... You have the energy and support to make changes this week."

That was so empowering. It's kind of funny because a lot of astrological reports never really applied to me in full, because they were usually about romance or career, which I obviously don't have. But this is the most applicable and accurate they've been in a long time. 

I have a lot of positive energy building up toward this. Last night, I stumbled across a "heart's desire" guided meditation on YT that is meant to align your creative energies toward manifestation. It was recommended to listen to it daily for 4-6 weeks, so I think I might do that as yet another way to reinforce my intent. 

I've also been learning some interesting tidbits that I can apply to my readings and whatnot. And speaking of readings, I recently did a couple for someone in need back at SF. It was refreshing after being "dormant" for so long. I intend on making my aura readings a lot more detailed... and my spirit portraits, too. 

Fortunately, I don't have that much homework to do this weekend. I'm grateful that the universe is giving me some time off to settle...

Been getting some other ideas about making money/getting involved. I was thinking about opening a "spirit art shop," selling things like themed calendars, oracle/tarot decks, prints, tapestries, that kind of thing... I also had the idea to write a spirit/psychic art how-to book, and to perhaps even teach some classes in the future when I'm a bit more skilled. Because there's really not that much information out there on how to approach this skill. Then again, you can't really explain too much through writing. Hmm...

Feeling better now, although I'm still mustering up the confidence to talk to my dad.
